SUMMER FLIP APPLICATIONS OPEN JUNE 1!

Looking to do some Summer sprucing to your business landscaping or exterior? If your business is in an Urban Renewal Area you could qualify for our Facade and Landscaping Improvment Program (FLIP). Get reimbursed for up to $6,250 per project! P3 will contribute $1 for every $1 a business invests.

Qualifying projects include:

  • Painting your businesses exterior,

  • Awnings and canopies,

  • Landscaping and fencing,

  • Replacing signage,

  • …and so much more!

 

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UPDATES

P3 secured $20.75 million in loans for Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) throughout Parker urban renewal areas! Here’s a quick recap of the CIP projects P3 is helping fund:

  • Mainstreet Sidewalks North Side: P3 Funding $1.5 million, construction to be complete summer 2023

  • Pikes Peak Drive Sidewalks: P3 Funding $3 million, construction to be complete by end of year

  • O’Brien Park Southern Edge: P3 Funding $600,000, construction beginning fall 2023

  • Mainstreet and Twenty Mile Intersection Improvements: P3 Funding $1.65 million, construction starting 2024

  • Dransfeldt Widening: P3 Funding $3 million, construction starting 2024

  • Pilgrims Place Sidewalks: P3 Funding $500,000, construction starting spring 2024

  • PACE Parking Garage: P3 Funding $10.1 million, construction starting 2024-2025

  • Beckett Drive: P3 Funding $250,000, construction starting 2024

  • West Mainstreet Beautification: P3 Funding $300,000
