P3 is partnering with the Town to bring more public art to our community. Soon you’ll see creative installments all over town, from plazas and streetscapes of popular areas.
What public art does:
Contributes toward Parker’s unique identity
Enhances quality of life
Fosters pride among residents
Boosts local economy
The feedback you provide will be used to guide the public art programming now and in the years to come.

CONCEPT PLANS ARE IN
The P3 Board of Directors got a first look at land developer, Confluence Companies’, vision for Downtown Parker and the five My Mainstreet parcels… and we like what we see!
Unique designs are proposed for each of the five areas to create a destination for residents and tourists, and offer something for everyone in the community!
Updates to the area will bring:
New retail and restaurant options
A vibrant park with public art
Walkable living options
Improved office and co-working spaces
While the plans are still being refined, these concepts show the vision and are an exciting step towards the future of Downtown Parker. The concepts will be further developed over the next few months in cooperation with Town staff and officials.
