MY MAINSTREET DEAL IN THE WORKS
You may have been wondering what the Town has in mind for the areas highlighted in green on the map above? The P3 team and P3 Board are excited to share that they have approved an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA) with Confluence Companies. This would be for the potential development of five vacant and underutilized properties located on Mainstreet in Parker's core downtown area.
The first step is to evaluate feasibility and guide discussions for master planning this space into something that can be used by our community. The ENA grants Confluence Companies a 90-day exclusivity period to conduct site due diligence, study development feasibility, and develop concept plans.
TOWN & COUNTRY VILLAGE AREA UPGRADES
P3 continues to strive to improve the aesthetic of our town and increase accessibility for all. Our latest exciting project is the sidewalk on Mainstreet in front of Town & Country Village. It will also include much-needed landscape improvements!
The projected cost is $1.5 million. Construction is set to begin soon and should wrap up near the end of this year.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
• The sidewalks will match the streetscape of downtown
• Widening of sidewalk to 12 feet
• Planting of a tree lawn
• Addition of a short retaining wall
• Construction of decorative fencing
• Addition of trees in the HOA's grassy area
