P3 partners with different organizations including the Town of Parker and private developers to improve Parker through Capital Improvement Projects (CIP).
CIP occurs in the three different Urban Renewal Areas in Parker: Parker Road, Parker Central, and Cottonwood.

Dransfeldt Widening
This project widens Dransfeldt Road from Mainstreet to Pony Express Drive.
Public Parking Garage
The proposed garage will provide 296 parking stalls. The garage will be free and open to the public.
Cottonwood Stormwater Phase 1 of 3
Currently in the design phase, phase one will create a pond at the southeast corner of Parker Road and Cottonwood Drive.
Beckett Drive Acquisition and Rebuilding
This project focuses on rebuilding Beckett Drive to bring it up to the Town's standards.
