Project Description: The project included widening select sidewalks, adding pedestrian lighting, improving crosswalks, improving street drainage and undergrounding overhead power lines.
The project will included four phases of construction.
Phase 1: East side of Pikes Peak Drive from Sulphur Gulch Trail to Pikes Peak Avenue
Phase2: East side of Pikes Peak Drive from Pikes Peak Ave to Mainstreet
Phase 3: West side of Pikes Peak Drive from Mainstreet to Pikes Peak Avenue
Phase 4: West side of Pikes Peak Drive from Pikes Peak Avenue to Sulphur Gulch Trail
The project was completed in October/November 2023.
