My Mainstreet: What's Next?

Two years ago, P3 led the My Mainstreet initiative with the goal of creating a framework for future development in downtown Parker. Once the framework was in place it was time to proceed with the next phase of the project: Implementation. 

Most importantly, each site needs to be sold to a developer. For the last year, P3 and the Town have contracted with NavPoint Real Estate to help market each site and assist us with the different steps necessary to selling the properties. Earlier this year, the contract with NavPoint Real Estate expired.

This project remains a priority for both P3 and the Town. Each site remains listed online for sale, and we’ve continued to receive inquiries from interested developers. If you are interested in learning more about the project, visit letstalkparker.org for up-to-date information about each site.
