Our Façade and Landscape Improvement Program (FLIP) seeks to provide financial support to businesses who want to improve the exterior aesthetics of their buildings. Businesses located in our three urban renewal areas are eligible to apply for the summer grant cycle.

Over the past several weeks, COVID-19 has turned the business world upside down. Many businesses have had to rethink their entire sales strategy or had to close their doors. We know this is a tough time and want to make sure that small businesses have the resources they need to get help.
