PROGRESS ON MAINSTREET

SITE PLANS FOR BOTH THE EAST MAINSTREET LOT AND PARKING GARAGE HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED BY CONFLUENCE FOR REVIEW.

We’re excited to see progress continue on the My Mainstreet properties sold to Confluence Companies in 2022. Confluence held an open house this past August to present their initial renderings and site plans for both the East Main lot and the Town parking garage. Site plans were submitted in October 2023 and are being reviewed by the Town.

The East Main lot site plans include a five-story mixed-use building with restaurants, retail, housing, and underground parking. The Parking Garage is being built in partnership with the Town and P3 and is planned for the lot next to the PACE Center.
