COMPLETING SUMMER CIPS

A MORE CONNECTED DOWNTOWN AND COMMUNITY

As summer comes to a close and we start getting some fall weather, we are seeing multiple Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) around Parker wrapping up construction! If you haven’t recently, we recommend stopping by downtown Parker to see the sidewalk and landscape improvements in front of Town & Country Village. In addition, the sidewalk widening improvements made along the east side of Pikes Peak Drive from Sulphur Gulch Trail to Pikes Peak Drive are almost complete and look great!

P3 Urban Renewal Funds partially funded both projects.

OUR ANNUAL REPORT

We accomplish a lot in a year and want to share the numbers with you. Check out our new video annual report to learn the numbers and the details behind our past year! We go through funding, the Urban Renewal Areas, and more.

WEST MAIN TAPROOM + GRILL
